HP Laserjet MFP M776ZS Scan
Method 1 - Scan to Email
The HP Laserjet MFP M776ZS printer has the scan to email feature that enables you to send fax to any email address you wish.
Read the step-by-step instructions mentioned here to know how to set up, scan, and send the scanned document via email.
Step 1 - HP Embedded Web Server
Tap the Information icon on the LCD panel of the HP Laserjet MFP M776ZS printer.
To see the IP address or host name, tap the Ethernet icon.
Use this IP address or host name to access the HP Embedded Web Server page on your computer.
Step 2- Configuring the Network Identification Settings
On the HP EWS webpage, navigate to the Networking tab and click the TCP/IP Settings option.
When you see the TCP/IP Settings dialog box, click the Network Identification tab.
Check if the DNS suffix of your email client is displayed in the DNS Suffixes field.
Click the Apply button followed by the OK button.
Step 3 - Configuring the Send to Email feature
Use either the basic configuration or advanced configuration method to customize the Send to Email configuration settings.

Click the Scan/Digital Send tab, select the Email and Scan to Network Folder Quick Setup Wizards option on the left panel, and click the Email Setup link on the main panel.
Set the email settings and file scan settings as per your requirement.
Step 4 - Setting up Send to Email
Go to the Scan/Digital Send tab on the EWS page.
Click the Email Setup option followed by the Default Job Options option on the left panel.
On the main panel, select the checkbox next to the Enable Scan to Email option.
Check the settings and click the Finish button to finish the setup.
