HP Laserjet MFP M776ZS Print

 Loading paper in the tray 1

Lift the paper tray 1 and pull its extensions out from the HP Laserjet MFP M776ZS printer.

Place a stack of paper in the machine’s paper tray 1.

Press the blue adjustment latch to move the paper guides according to the dimension of the paper.

Insert the paper tray 1 back into the HP Laserjet MFP M776ZS printer.


Printing on the HP Laserjet MFP M776ZS printer

Make sure the printer and your computer are connected.

Open the program that contains the document, photo, or other files that needs to be printed.

Select the image and click the Print option.

Select the HP Laserjet M776ZS printer from the displayed printer list.

To alter the print settings, select either the Properties or Preferences option.

This will open the HP Laserjet MFP M776ZS printer’s driver window on the screen.

Customize the print settings such as paper orientation, paper source, paper type, paper size, and paper quality as per your requirement.

Once you specify the print settings, click OK followed by Print to print the print job as per the print settings.
