Laserjet Flow MFP M880Z Setup

 Unpack the HP Laserjet Flow Mfp M880z setup printer and check the contents in the package.

Remove all packing tapes and covers from outside and inside the printer. 

Take out the orange protective trays inside the printer and turn ON the printer.

Now, load paper in the paper trays. The HP Color LaserJet flow MFP M880z printer contains three paper input trays.

The configuration message of the tray appears on the printer’s control panel screen. Press the Modify bottom to select other paper sizes and tap OK.

Open paper tray 1 and take out the tray extension. Now, load paper in the tray 1.

Adjust the guide to fit the paper size and close the tray.

Load paper into the tray 2, and adjust the paper guides according to the size of the printer.

Tray 3x500 can hold up to 1500 sheets of paper. You can modify the paper settings, type, orientation, and mode in the printer’s control panel display screen.

The last high-capacity tray can hold up to 3500 sheets of paper. It supports only A4 and letter size papers.

To load paper into the high capacity tray, adjust the lever according to the paper size used and load a stack of paper. The right side can hold up to 1500 sheets of paper, and the left side can hold 2000 sheets of paper.

Now, install toner cartridges into the printer.

Remove the protective cover on the toner cartridge. Shake each cartridge up and down.

Open the front door and insert all the toner cartridges into the respective slots and close it. 

Scroll and tap the Administration icon on the HP Laserjet Flow Mfp M880z setup printer’s control panel to print the Configuration page.

Connect your device to the printer and install the HP Laserjet Flow Mfp M880z driver software with the help of the installation CD.
