HP Officejet Pro 6830 Printer Offline

Your HP Officejet Pro6830 Printer Setup might go offline if there is a network communication error.

To resolve this, download and install HP’s Print and Scan Doctor tool that diagnoses and fixes the network issues automatically.

If the problem persists, access the network settings of your computer from its control panel window and click the Printer option to view if the printer status is set to Offline.

If it displays offline, enable it to be online.

Sometimes, the printer may display printer offline even the network status is appropriate. In such a case, press the OK button and try to print the current job and check if your printer prints it.
