HP Officejet Pro 6830 Not Printing
- If you have changed the print color setting as Print only in Color, then the printer might not print black ink.
- Check the print job settings and ensure that you change the mode as required.
- If you are running out of black ink and the printer is not printing, then turn the mode to Grayscale, and then try to print.
- At this point, the printer makes use of the tri-color cartridge to print the black ink (but you cannot print color in this mode).
- Replace the faulty or empty ink cartridge with a new one and check if you can print the black text.
- If the ink is full but the printer is not printing the black ink alone, then reset the ink level and try to print.
- Note that using the refilled ink cartridges if any may not let you print sometimes.
