HP Officejet Pro 6830 Factory Reset

 A factory reset can be performed when an error message appears on the printer’s control panel due to any reasons.

  1. After resetting the factory settings, there might be changes in your printer’s wireless network configuration, ePrint address, and a few customized print settings.
  2. Tap the Setup icon on the menu of the printer's control panel.
  3. Press Restore and then the Restore Factory Defaults option.
  4. Now, select Restore and the printer’s factory settings will be changed.
  5. It appears to be a simple process but involves reconfiguring many things.
  6. So, before you think of factory resetting, try to reset the printer and check if the problem that you are facing with your device can be resolved.
