HP Envy Photo 7858 Not Printing

 

  1. Check if the HP Envy Photo 7858 printer and computer are connected either by using a wired or wireless method.
  2. Click the Start or Windows icon present at the bottom left corner of the display.
  3. Search for Control Panel and select it.
  4. Click Icon View --> Administrative Tools --> Services.
  5. Delete the HP Envy 7858 printer software on your computer.
  6. Initialize the Print Spooler Service feature and try to solve the issue.
