How to Install HP Officejet Pro 7720

  1. Remove the HP Officejet Pro 7720 printer from its package.
  2. Peel off the tapes on the HP Officejet printer.
  3. Take out the packing materials from the printer.
  4. Unpack the power cable provided in the printer carton.
  5. Connect the cable to the electrical port of the printer and power supply directly.
  6. Turn on your HP Officejet Pro 7720 Setup and configure your preferences on its control panel.
  7. Unpack the cartridges given in the printer box.
  8. Insert the cartridges into the respective slots of the HP Officejet Pro printer.
  1. Close the access cover of the HP officejet printer.
  2. Extend the input tray of the printer.
  3. Remove the packing materials from the input tray.
  4. Raise the tray extension door.
  5. Load plain sheets in the tray with their print side facing down.
  6. Fix the sheets by using the guides.
  7. Close the door of the tray extender. Insert the input tray and open the output tray extension.
  8. Download and launch the recent version of the full feature HP Officejet Pro 7720 printer software on your computer.
