How to Install HP Officejet 5255 Printer


  1. Pop the tape open and pull back the flaps on the carton.
  2. Keep aside the accessories and booklet that arrived with the printer.
  3. Employ the supplied power cord to connect the printer to the electrical socket.
  4. Push the Power button to turn on the printer.
  5. Configure the settings such as Language, Country, Time, and Date.
  6. Pull open the cartridge access door and install the ink cartridges in their respective slots.
  7. Extend the paper tray out of the machine and load it with printing sheets.
  8. Adjust the width and length guides with the paper and touch OK.
  9. Receive the alignment page after the automatic printhead alignment.
  10. Read and follow the instructions appearing on the screen to 123.hp.com/setup 5255 the driver.
