Printer Setup and Support

The following document will be informative to connect your HP Envy 5640 printer to Wi-Fi. You can connect your printer to any of your operating system like Windows or Mac OS. You can establish a Wi-Fi connection during first time setup, or you can convert the existing connection type to Wi-Fi. Connecting the HP Envy 5640 printer to a wireless network has its own advantages. You need not to worry about the length of the USB cable that you are using to connect with the computer. You can print from anywhere within the range of the router. You can print the files that are stored in Cloud too. Power up  your HP Deskjet 3630 printer. Use  the controls on the control panel and connect with your wireless network. Press  the right pointer on the control panel and tap on Setup. Prefer  the Network from the setup and choose Wi-Fi Protected Setup Wizard to start inspecting for the router in its range. Pick  the network name(SSID)from the list. Type  the WEP/WPA passphrase/passcode and tap Done. Press  OK so that the Settings are validated and you can proceed further. Tap on  the OK button to print the wireless report or skip to the next.

Power on   your HP Deskjet 2652 printer. Make   use the controls on the control panel and connect with your wireless network. Press   the right pointer on the control panel and tap on Setup. Prefer   the Network from the setup and choose Wi-Fi Protected Setup Wizard to start inspecting for the router in its range. Pick   the network name(SSID)from the list. Type   the WEP/WPA passphrase/passcode and tap Done. Press   OK so that the Settings are validated and you can proceed further. Turn on  your printer and laptop. Connect  the printer to the laptop with a USB cable. Wait  for a found new hardware window to get displayed. If you can’t use your printer via a  wired connection,  use a Wired network. Connect  your HP Deskjet 1510 printer and laptop to your router with a standard Ethernet cable. Avoid  using a standard telephone cable. For Wireless connection, use  Wireless Setup  Wizard. Gather  the following items like Network name and Network password.

Turn off  your printer and discard the power cord. Take out  the ink cartridges from the printer. There are many ink cartridges like  tri-color, black, yellow, cyan, and magenta . If you are not aware of how to remove the ink cartridges, refer to the manual. Have a disposable towel, cloth, or paper and place the  removed  ink cartridge on it. Wipe  with same using a different cloth. Clean  the copper nozzle plate with a wet cotton swab. Clean  the remaining moisture. Check the copper nozzle plate and clean the empty contacts with dry cotton. Replace  the ink cartridges. Read the instructions in the manual to do the same.

Verify  that your HP printer device is in an active state. Insert  some plain white A4 paper into the printer’s input tray. Lift up  the HP’s access door until it is locked into the spot. Unleash  the ink cartridge by gently pushing it out from the lid. Unpack  the new HP genuine ink cartridge from the packet and peel the plastic tape. Carefully slide  the cartridge in until it settles into its spot. Follow  the above method and load the second cartridge too. Lock  the access door and rest as the alignment page prints.

Confirm  that your HP Officejet 4650 device is in active mode. Load  a white paper in the input tray of the printer. Raise  the cartridge access door until it gets locked into its spot. Release  the ink cartridge by pushing it out from the lid. Unpack  the new HP Officejet 4650 ink cartridge from the packet and remove theorange tape. Gently  slide in the cartridge until it gets locked into its spot. Load  the second cartridge too. Seal  the access door and wait until the printer prints the alignment page.
