Solved: HP Officejet 3830 Not Printing

 Delete the existing printer driver and install it again.

Print only with original HP Ink cartridges.

Examine if there are smears on the back of printouts you receive.

Verify if you are using the right paper to print.

Look for changes in the print settings and if so, change it.

Check if the ink levels have gone below the required one.

Double check if there is an empty cartridge that is not letting you print color pages.

Print a diagnostic page for print quality to check the cause of the HP Officejet 3830 Setup printer issue.
