HP Deskjet 3700 Printer Offline To Online

 

  • To get HP Deskjet 3700 printer back online, first switch on the printer if it is off. With the printer on, disconnect the power cord from the printer. 
  • And, unplug the cord of the printer from the wall outlet. Wait for at least one minute. Then, restart the computer. 
  • Plug the power cord back on the wall. Reconnect the power cord to the printer. 
  • Press the Power button to switch on the printer. 
  • Then, ensure that the HP printer is connected to the computer or on the network.
  • Update the HP Deskjet 3700 printer driver by selecting Windows key, then select Control Panel.
  •  In Control Panel, select to View by Large Icons and select Devices and Printer. Right-click the default printer, then select Remove Device.
  •  Type the model of the printer and select Enter. 
  • Select the Operating System, and choose Download to get the driver downloaded.
  • To mark the printer as the default HP Deskjet 3700 printer, first restart the printer. Choose Devices and printers. 
  • Right-click and select Set as Default Printer. Then, make sure that there is a green check mark which is present next to the printer. 
  • Right-click the icon of the default printer and choose See What’s Printing. 
  • Select Printer tab. Then, choose Pause Printing and Use HP Deskjet 3700 printer offline to remove the check marks.
