123 HP Envy 4500 Offline

  • Get the HP Print and Scan doctor tool to fix the offline error.
  • Reset the print environment to resolve the HP Envy 4500 troubleshooting problem.

  • Make sure to update the printer driver to the latest version.
  • Get the latest version of the firmware installed on the computer.
