HP DeskJet Plus 4152 Offline

 Step 1

  1. First, check if the printer is turned on.
  2. If needed, disconnect all the cable connections and reconnect them correctly.

Step 2

  1. Windows 10 - Press the Win key, navigate to the app list, and choose the Windows System option.
  2. Click Hardware and Sound -> View devices and printers.
  3. Windows 8 - Click Settings -> Control Panel -> View devices and printers.

Step 3

Double-click the HP Deskjet Plus 4152 printer icon and select the See what’s printing option.

Step 4

Go to the Printer menu and then remove the checkmark beside the Pause Printing and Use Printer Offline options.
