HP DeskJet Plus 4152 Factory Reset

 An error might persists even after clearing the jammed paper. In this case, you have to reset the printer as per the instructions given here.

  1. With the HP Deskjet Plus 4152 printer turned on, remove the power cord from the printer and the power source.
  2. After 60 seconds, connect the power cord between the printer and the power source.
  3. In the HP Smart application, tap Printer Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Settings -> Restore Defaults.

  5. You cannot reset the printer password separately. But, you can change it by performing the steps provided below.
  1. Open the HP Smart application on your mobile device and tap Printer Settings -> Advanced Settings.
  2. Select the ‘Do not show this message again’ option and tap OK.
  3. Tap Settings -> Password settings, enter your existing password in the Password field, and type a new password in the Confirm Password field.
  4. Tap the Apply option to save the password.
  5. Note: The default printer password is located at the printer’s rear side or in the cartridge access area.
  6. If you forget the changed password, reset the HP DeskJet Plus 4152 setup to factory defaults.
