HP Officejet Pro 8720 Printer Offline

 

  1. Get the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool on your Windows device.
  2. Locate the HPPSdr.exe file and install the same.
  3. Click the Start icon on the utility tool’s Welcome page.
  4. A list of printers displays on the screen.
  5. Select the HP Officejet Pro 8720 Printer Setup for which you have to troubleshoot.
  6. Continue with the on-screen guidelines and resolve the connection problems.
  7. Click Fix Printing and wait until the utility tool resolves the issue.
