HP Officejet Pro 6970 Not Scanning

 

  1. Ensure the scanner components are working properly.
  2. Remove the original document from the printer if any.
  3. Lift the scanner lid and tap the Copy button.
  4. Ensure the scanner light is sliding properly.
  5. Reset your HP Officejet Pro 6970 Printer Setup.
  6. Install and run the HP Print and Doctor app to solve the scanning issues.
  7. Delete the printer driver on your computer and install the recent version of it.
