HP Officejet Pro 6835 Not Scanning

  1. Reset your HP Officejet Pro 6835 printer and computer.
  2. Check the power connection of the HP Officejet Pro 6835 printer.
  3. Utilize the HP Print & Scan Doctor application to solve the scan issue.
  4. Open the scanner lid and tap the Copy button on the front panel of the printer.
  5. Check if the scanner light is moving properly.
  6. Reinstall the recently released printer software on your computer.
  7. Perform a HP Officejet Pro 6835 Printer Setup printer function and check if the problem is solved.
