HP Officejet Pro 3620 Not Printing

 

  1. Open the ink cartridge access cover at the front of the printer.
  2. Gently press and remove the black ink cartridge from the printer.
  3. Check for ink clogs and damage on the cartridge.
  4. Clean the ink clogs using a lint-free cloth with distilled water or glass cleaner.
  5. If the cartridge is damaged, replace it with a new one.
  6. Ensure the cartridges are inserted into the respective slots.
  7. Perform a printer function and check if the problem is solved.
  8. If the printer not printing in black ink problem continues, get in touch with our customer Technical help team.
