HP Officejet 4650 Won't Scan

 

  1. Check if the scanner components are working properly.
  2. Take the original document from the printer.
  3. Open the scanner lid and tap the Copy button.
  4. Make sure that the scanner light is moving correctly.
  5. Reset the printer.
  6. Download and HP Officejet 4650 Setup the HP Print and Scan Doctor application to fix the issue.
  7. Remove the printer driver software on your computer and install it again.
