HP Officejet 3833 Not Printing

 

  1. Raise the access door present at the top of the printer.
  2. Open the cartridge access cover.
  3. Remove the color cartridge from the printer.
  4. Check for ink clogs or damage on the cartridge.
  5. Clean the ink clogs using a lint-free cloth dipped in distilled water.
  1. Replace the ink cartridge by a new one if it is damaged.
  2. Make sure that the cartridge is installed in the corresponding slot.
  3. Close the access doors and check if the issue is solved.
