  1. The offline issue occurs due to an improper connection between your printer and computer.
  2. If you connect the devices using a wireless connection, ensure your printer and computer are linked to the same network of a router or access point.
  3. Also, check if the router provides an active internet connection.
  4. For the wired connection, check if the USB cable is linked to the respective port of the printer and computer.
  5. Check the power connection of the printer.
  6. Do not make the power connection using a surge protector as it may cause power fluctuations.
