HP ENVY PHOTO 7855 PRINT PROBLEM

 

  •   Check if the printer over a network and the wireless light is solid.
  •   If it is unstable, then the printer is not connected over the system.
  •   To enable it, go to Setup, Network and click Wireless Setup Wizard to form the wireless connection from the printer’s control panel.
  •   Later, get the IP address of your HP Envy 7855 printer.
  •   Key in the IP address on any of the browser that you have and go to the EWS page.
  •   Update the IP address in the Network Tab and click on Apply the settings.
  •   As the last step, try to install the printer on the network with the new IP address.
  •   Check if your computer is not restarting and you can print.
