HP ENVY 7855 FACTORY RESET

 

  •    Press the Setup icon on the printer’s Home screen menu.
  •   Choose Tools and click Restore Factory Default.
  •   By doing the above steps, your printer settings go to the default one.
  •   If you find that the HP Envy Photo 7855 Troubleshooting issue is with the hardware of the printer, then follow these steps.
  •   Take the power cord out from the printer and the electrical wall outlet.
  •   Do not perform any action with the printer for at least some time.
  •   Probably after 60 seconds, connect the power cord to the printer and the wall outlet.
  •   Try to perform any new task or continue with the previous job to check if the printer is printing.
