HP Envy 7640 Scan Issue

 

  1. Ensure the scanner bar is functioning properly.
  2. Check the scan settings.
  3. Restart your printer and computer.
  4. Go to Applications --> Hewlett-Packard --> HP Utility.
  5. Select Settings --> Scan to Computer.
  6. Check if the checkbox of Enable Scan to Computer option is enabled.
