HP Envy 7100 Printer Not Recognize

 

  1. Ensure that the printer is placed on a flat surface.
  2. Open the output tray extender of the HP Envy Photo 7100 Setup printer.
  3. Pull the input tray.
  4. Remove the output tray.
  5. Ensure that the photo tray is placed on a flat surface.
  6. If the tray is not in the correct position, slide it to the actual place.
  7. Fix the output tray.
  8. If your HP Envy 7100 printer does not recognize the photo tray yet, call our technical support team and get more solutions.
