HP Envy 6220 Paper Jam

 

  1. Check for jammed paper in the HP Envy 6220 Setup printer parts like the input tray, ink cartridge access door, and output tray.
  2. Ensure that the Envy printer is powered on.
  3. Raise the access cover at the top of the HP Envy 6220 printer.
  4. Once you open the door, the carriage moves and settles at its position.
  5. Wait until the carriage becomes idle.
  6. Disconnect the power cord from the printer and power source.
  7. Check if there is an ink clog on the cartridge clean it using a lint-free cloth soaked in a distilled water or glass cleaner.
