HP Envy 5646 Won't Print

 

  1. Check if the ink cartridges are installed and working properly.
  2. Ensure that the input tray of the HP Envy 5646 printer is loaded with compatible paper.
  3. Open the access door present at the top of the printer.
  4. Remove the cartridges from the printer.
  5. Check for an ink clog or damage on the cartridge.
  6. Clean the clog using a cotton cloth dipped in distilled water or glass cleaner.
  7. If the cartridges are damaged, replace them with a new set.
