  1. Ensure that the input tray of the printer is loaded with compatible papers.
  2. It is recommended to use genuine ink cartridges to avoid the ink cartridge problem.
  3. Verify the print configurations on your computer.
  4. Check if the ink cartridges are installed in the respective slots.
  5. Also, verify the ink level of the cartridges.
  6. If the ink level of the cartridge is low, replace it with a new set.
