HP Envy 5532 Not Printing

 

  1. Open the cartridge access door present at the top of the printer.
  2. Open the lid of the black ink cartridge slot.
  3. Remove the cartridge from the printer.
  4. Check for ink clog or damage on the cartridge.
  5. If there is any ink clog on the cartridge, wipe it using a lint-free cloth with distilled water or glass cleaner.
  6. Replace the cartridge with a new one if it is damaged.
  7. Fix the cartridge into its slot. Gently press the cartridge until you listen to a click sound.
