HP Envy 5055 Offline

 

  1. Click the Start menu on your computer.
  2. Select the Devices and Printers option.
  3. Right-click the name 123.hp.com/setup 5055.
  4. Click on the See What’s Printing option.
  5. If the message displays that the printer is in offline mode, select the word Offline.
  6. Click the Printer menu and un-check the checkbox of the Use Printer Offline option.
