  1. The offline issue occurs due to an improper connection between the printer and computer.
  2. Check the connection between your printer and computer.
  3. If you connect the devices using a wired connection, ensure that the USB cable is linked to the respective port of the devices.
  4. When linking the printer and computer using a wireless method, check if the devices are linked to the same network of a router or access point.
  5. Also, check the power connection of the printer.
  6. Do not connect the power cord to the surge protector as it can cause power fluctuations.
