HP Deskjet 3752 Printer Offline

 

  1. Check if the HP Deskjet 3752 Printer and computer are linked to the same network of a router,
  2. Ensure the power cable is plugged to the appropriate port of the printer and power supply.
  3. Do not make the power connection using a surge protector as it produces power fluctuations.
  4. Browse and select the name of your printer on your computer.
  5. Click Devices and Printers and select your printer name.
  6. Select See What’s Happening.
  7. Enable the Use Printer Offline option to solve the printer offline issue.
