HP Deskjet 1012 Won’t Print

 

  1. Check the power connection of the HP Deskjet 1012 printer.
  2. Ensure the ink cartridges are installed properly.
  3. Remove the cartridges from the printer & check for ink clog or damage on them.
  4. Clean the ink clog using a lint-free cloth with distilled water or glass cleaner.
  5. If the cartridges are damaged, replace them with a new set.
  6. Also, check the connection between your printer & computer.
  7. Implement a printer function and check if the problem is solved.
