Resolving Printer Issues Occurring After Upgrading To Windows 10

  1. Make sure the printer is in an unspecified section in the Devices and Folders section.
  2. Check if all the connections of the printer are proper. If the issue persists, proceed with the steps below.
  3. Install the HP Print and Scan Doctor software on your computer. Run the software to fix Common printer issues.
  4. Check whether the printer is set as the default printing source.
  5. Update the USB driver of your printer if you have established a connection between your printer and computer using a USB cable.
  6. Run the printer troubleshooter on Windows to fix any issue.
  7. Reset the printer spooler files and then clear the print queue.
  8. Try deleting and re-adding the printer.
  9. Update the printer drivers using the Update Driver Software.
