  1. Download the HP e-Print Software.
  2. Select the Downloaded software.
  3. Select the Operating system.
  4. Select Download, and then save the file to your PC, laptop, or tablet.
  5. If the built-in Windows firewall displays a security alert, select Allow to install the HP e-Print Software.
  6. Install the HP e-Print Software.
  7. Double-click the .exe file. Agree to the license agreement.
  8. Modify the Installation Settings. Select Install.
  9. To print a document on your printer from a cloud service, make sure that the printer’s ePrint application is set up.
  10. To print from a network-shared printer, by another user registered with an HP account, you need to ensure that you are added as an ‘Allowed Sender’ under the printer settings.
