How to Setup HP Envy 7640 Printer?

  • Once you purchase the printer from the manufacturer, check if the manufacturer’s seal is present.
  • Unseal the printer box and check if the printer components are provided in it.
  • Take the printer from the box and keep it on a flat surface.
  • Remove the protective tapes and packing materials from the printer.
  • Plug the power cable to the respective port of the printer and power supply.
  • Power up the Envy 7640 printer by force pressing its power button.
  • Set the configurations on the control panel of the printer.
  • Unpack the ink cartridges provided in the printer package.
  • Remove the protective tapes on the cartridges.
  • Raise the access door at the top of the HP Envy 7640 Setup printer.
  • Insert the cartridges into the corresponding slots.
  • Close the access door.
  • Load the input tray with suitable papers.
  • Print an alignment sheet and arrange the cartridges.
