How to Install HP Officejet Pro 8025 Printer

  • Open the printer box and remove the HP Officejet Pro 8025 printer from it.
  • Set up the power connection of the HP printer.
  • Configure your preferences like the language and region on the control panel of the printer.
  • Unpack the ink cartridges provided in the printer box.
  • There will be four ink cartridges in the box.
  • "Flip" the access cover at the front of the HP Officejet 8025 printer and raise the door at the top.
  • Insert the ink cartridges into their slots.
  • Make sure that you have removed the orange-colored plastics from the cartridges before inserting them.
  • Tap "OK" when the Load Plain or A4 paper message appears on the screen.
  • Pull the paper tray. Load suitable sheets in the sheet tray of the printer.
  • Tap Continue on the control panel of the HP Officejet Pro 8025 Setup.
  • Now the printer prints an alignment sheet.
  • Keep the sheet on the scanner glass of the printer and tap Scan on the control panel.
  • Wait until the printer scans the alignment page.
  • Follow the prompts on the panel and complete the HP Officejet Pro 8025 printer setup.
