  • Offload the printer and discard the protective tapes and cover.
  • Plug the printer’s power cable directly into a wall outlet.
  • Set the language and region once the screen lights up.
  • Access the carriage slot area by opening the top cover of the printer.
  • Tear the protective tape from the cartridge and load them into the cartridge slots.
  • Extend the paper guides and then load the paper.
  • Touch Yes on the printer and the printer calibrates automatically.
  • The paper holder extends and catches hold of the alignment page.
  • Head to the wireless setup of the printer.
  • Touch Wireless icon > wireless network > enter the password.
  • Proceed to install the 123.hp.com/oj4650 printer driver in your computer with the supplied CD.
