How To Connect HP Deskjet 2540 To IPhone

  1. Turn on Wi-Fi on the iPhone and ensure it is connected to your local network.
  2. Tap the Wireless and Information icons or the Wireless and Start Copy Black buttons at the same time.
  3. Wait till the printer produces the wireless test report.
  4. Verify if the printing machine is connected to the wireless network.
  5. Press the Wireless and Cancel buttons simultaneously so that the power light flashes.
  6. Wait until the wireless light flashes.
  7. Press the WPS button on your ISP provided machine within two hours of the light flashes before initiating the connection process.
